How It Works:
Call us at 805-449-2660, option 4, or 805-498-2139, option 3; go to any service counter at the library; contact us through Ask-A-Librarian, or make an appointment online.
Each patron is allowed 3 appointments over a two month period.
All requests must be made at least 3 business days before the appointment date.
Patrons must provide a valid phone number or email address. Please let the staff member know if you do not have an email address. After making the appointment, you should receive an email confirming the date, location, and time of the appointment.
If you need to cancel, you may let a staff member know over the phone, in-person, or through Ask-A-Librarian. You can also cancel using a link from your email confirmation of the appointment.
